• Provide customer support.
• Review Expert applications and manage Expert profiles.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, spam, security incidents, policy violations, and illegal activity.
• Analyze usage and improve the Service.
• Develop new features, learning tools, AI experiences, and marketplace functionality.

Ediso uses artificial intelligence and language model technologies to generate learning paths, lessons, explanations, practice questions, project ideas, feedback, summaries, and other educational experiences.

To provide these features, we may process:

• Prompts and chat messages.
• Lesson interactions.
• Quiz and exercise responses.
• Uploaded or submitted learning materials.
• Learning history and progress.
• Context shared with Experts.

We may share relevant inputs with AI model providers, infrastructure providers, or other service providers that help us operate AI features. We require service providers to handle data securely and use it only as permitted by our agreements with them.

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information into AI chats, learning prompts, or lesson responses unless specifically requested and appropriate. This includes government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health records, biometric information, precise geolocation, passwords, immigration status, or information about children that is not necessary for the learning experience.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please review our Terms of Service for more information about AI-generated content and limitations.
